So, though you are eating the same or more quantity of calories, there will not be any weight increase.

Experts also suggest that you should drink plenty of water to reduce your weight. According to them, this is also one of the most effective steps to lose weight. We all ignore the importance of drinking more water, but we lament becoming overweight. However, if you drink more water, toxins are flushed out of the body and so losing weight becomes easy. Further, by drinking more water, you can reduce the weight of water inside the body. If you do not drink sufficient water, the body will store water for its future use and so this will increase your body weight. However, by drinking plenty of water, you send signals to the body that there is no necessity to store water, and so you will be able to lose weight. Therefore, this step of drinking plenty of water must be followed scrupulously to lose weight.

A good exercise regimen will help you in losing weight. Your exercise regimen should consist of both cardiovascular exercises and weight-training exercises. Cardiovascular exercises such as swimming, cycling, jogging and brisk walking will burn calories very effectively. However, they have the notoriety of burning your muscles also. So, you need to re-build your muscles by doing weight-training exercises. With a judicious mix of both cardiovascular exercises and weight-training exercises, if you build good muscles, you can rest assured that you are on the right path to lose weight because good muscles have been found to require more calories for their maintenance. Surprisingly, good muscles keep burning the calories throughout the day. So your task of losing weight becomes easy.
