subject: Lose Stomach Fat Fast My Free Stomach Fat Loss Plan [print this page]

Losing stomach fat is one of the hardest things for people to do when it comes to working out. They spend billions of dollars a year on gadgets, gizmos, potions, supplements, books, and manuals on how to get a six pack. It can be a very daunting task. It certain was for me when I was younger. Thats why I decided to get a degree in exercise science, but thats another article all together. What I am going to list below is the same stomach fat loss plan that I give all of my clients when they start working with me.

And I give them an ultimatum that if they do not follow the plan, I will know and drop them as a client. Luckily I can do this because I have a waiting list, however this gives them a do or die attitude and you have to have this attitude as well in order to succeed. Without further ado, here is YOUR plan.

Diet: First thing I wanted you to do is get rid of all the junk food in your house. This is cookies, cakes, candy, chips, ice cream, pretzels, and pudding snacks. I will even throw in breads, pastas, bagels, and muffins into this mix. All of this stuff is made out of processed wheat, flour, and garbage. They contain high amount of Trans fats. You do not need it in your diet and will hurt your fat loss efforts.

Your diet should mostly be made up of protein and healthy fats with very little carbs. The only carbs I would recommend are fruit and veggies. This is because you need to force your body to start feasting off of its fat stores for energy. The body provides carbs over fat thats why you need to consume as little carbs as possible. Also, the other reason is because the more body fat you have, the more insulin resistant you are. Thats why a lot of diabetics are overweight. They are very insulin resistant.

Also, be sure to eat enough protein. The reason for this is because protein is more thermogenic than carbs or fats so your body has to use energy to break down protein, which is about 30% more than carbs or fats. Eat all of your carbs in the morning, specifically fruit. In the morning and first half of the day, your body is sensitive to carbs and wants a lot of them. This is great because there is a good chance they will not be stored as fat. As you go through the day, this switches to the opposite side of the spectrum.

Exercise: Interval training, when it comes to burning calories and losing weight, trumps traditional cardio hands down, no questions asked. Start implementing it in your fat loss regiment asap and start seeing faster results with less time in the gym. A good example of interval training is going on the treadmill and sprinting for 10 seconds, while resting for 60 seconds. Some other examples if you are out of the gym are sprints on a track or running hills while walking down the hill, that would be your break.

Resistance training is another big part that you need to include in your fat loss plan. Weights crank up your metabolism, blast fat, and give you that lean and toned look. Without muscle, you will look skinny fat like a lot of those marathon runners or people who have lost a tremendous amount of weight, but never did any resistance training. You can tell because they are very smooth without muscle tone.

A good simple program in the beginning would be to do the machine circuit at your local gym. Go from each machine without rest, pushing yourself. Shoot for 3 complete circuit working the entire body and performing 12 reps per set. This will help get your bodys metabolism jacked up and overall get you in better shape. You will also be building a healthy amount of muscle that way so when you lose the fat, you will be nice and toned up.

Overall, I hope you get just as much out of this routine as my clients have. Remember, I adapted this so that most people can follow it. Just follow the steps as I outlined above and you should have success, but that is up to you. If you have the right mindset that you can succeed. And if you fall off the horse, just get back up again. Keep plugging away and you will get there. Trust me.
