1. Set a clear and powerful goal. You will be aiming for a goal, and not just because someone dictated you to do so. Remember, this is for your benefit.

2. Assess your lifestyle. The problem will always start with how you live on a daily basis. If you are fond of eating fast food, then it is time you start eating home made meals. On top of that, your meals should consist of fiber rich foods like oats and whole wheat to flush toxins out of your colons. Eating fruits and vegetables moderately can also help curb those late night cravings.

3. Drink a lot of water. Also the most important thing to remember is never substitute water with carbonated drinks. Carbonated drinks have high sugar content in them making it difficult for you to lose weight. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day! Its not only aids in flushing out toxins, but it can also suppress your appetite.

4. Exercising. You will be able to burn all those excess fats by doing physical workouts. Usually, most people would start with small but consistent cardio workouts. Start by taking a fifteen minute walk along the park three times for a week. After that, you can increase the time you set for your cardio exercises until your body can tolerate exercising on a regular basis.

5. Do not limit yourself. It is not enough to keep exercising at a stagnant phase. After all, you want to improve your body image. Weight lifting is one way to improve your muscle mass and keep your body toned.
