The main factors that guarantee faster weight loss are following the HCG diet protocol and eat no more than 500 calories per day. Increasing vegetable intake is highly recommended. Fiber intake is also extremely important, as is water intake. It is more advisable to take in a lot of water before each meal since the water makes the person feel full.

Dieters, men and women alike, will be empowered through the HCG diet because in a short time, they will be able to get the body that they always wanted. It is not only with losing the flab but also with being in their best shapes in and out.
