subject: Uncover The All-inclusive Speedy Weight Loss System [print this page]

I have very strong opinions when it comes to fat loss...In other words, I'm right. The thing is, conventional method would say that the best way to lose fat is through aerobic activity. You know, jogging, biking, swimming...Whatever.

This simply isn't true. I'll just tell you right now that the absolute most important part of losing fat is your diet. If I couldn't pick diet though, I'd say that the best thing for you to do to lose weight would be to start doing sprints.

Yea yea, I know that just telling you to go sprint isn't really helpful, I'm not done yet! Next I'm going to talk about a regimin I want you to try...This'll really blow the fat off.

You're going to be doing what's called interval training. I'll get more into that later, just keep reading.

The VERY first thing that you need to do is to warm up your body...This is essential for injury prevention. Let me set you a definition for what that means...I want you to stretch for at least 10 minutes before every sprinting session. Fully and adequately stretch out your legs and arms, especially your hamstrings.

Ok! Done with that! Now's the fun part...Go to your favorite track (Or treadmill) and sprint for 20 whole seconds. Again, that means that you're running for the full twenty seconds! That means that you should be sprinting for a full 20 seconds, not spending the first 10 seconds accelerating and the last 3 slowing down. I mean SPRINT! Now what you're going to do is walk for a minute and repeat the sprint. You're goal for this first time is to do 4 intervals.

Continue to do this work out for 2 weeks, then increase the sprint count by 1. After 8 weeks of this pattern of training stop adding sprints to your workouts and instead focus on taking less rest time or something like that. Of course, by that time you'll have lost quite a bit of fat, and you may decide that you're done sprinting for awhile.

If you're serious about your fat loss then you'll definitely start doing sprints. If you really follow through with this I can promise that you'll be looking a lot leaner in as little as 4 weeks.

Thanks for reading my writing, and good luck!
