How are small bookstores handling bulk enquiries from schools, colleges, libraries, and companies these days? Do you guys just manage everything through WhatsApp and Excel? Some orders probably take quite a few calls before they happen. While checking out CRM software India, I came across HelloGrowthCRM. Has anyone actually used a CRM for bulk book orders?
