I’m wondering how small bookstores handle bulk enquiries from schools, colleges, libraries, etc. Do you guys just manage everything through WhatsApp and Excel? Some orders probably take quite a few calls before they happen. I came across HelloGrowthCRM while checking out CRM software India, and it got me thinking. Has anyone actually used a CRM for bulk book orders? Did it help you send quotations faster or turn more enquiries into actual orders? Even a small improvement would be interesting to hear about.
