Pitching and running choices that feel natural
For pitching, Pure Analog gives you a hands-on feel for every delivery. Use the Chevron Pitching Ball Marker if you want a clearer read on direction. PitchCom works well on Audio and Visual, particularly when you do not want to pause and dig through menus. Fixed Pitch Location is worth turning on too; after each pitch, the marker returns to centre. On the bases, Analog Select with Directional Analog gives you more say over lead runners, slides, and routes around a tag.
Trim the dead time from player modes
Game Flow can make a huge difference when you only control one player. Set it to Sim to Next Appearance, then choose Impact Plays Only for outfield, infield, and catcher chances. You will still get the moments that count, without sitting through routine action elsewhere. For runners, Open Base creates more steal chances than Action Pitches.
