I can finally say I've built my dream Yamaha Banshee from the frame up. New everything—powder-coated frame, fresh engine, new suspension, the works. It took me six months, but it was worth every minute. I'll post pictures soon. For anyone wondering where I got my parts, I mostly shop bikes online for the best selection. If you're thinking about doing a build like this, just go for it. Feel free to ask me anything about the process!
