I had an excellent time in the Lufthansa Airlines Chicago Office. The customer service staff was courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. They helped me to make changes to my travel schedule and gave me all the information about the baggage, check-in procedure, and other related matters. What I really appreciated was that they did everything in their power to resolve my issues while remaining courteous and professional. It was a neat place to visit and I would not hesitate recommending it to other travelers.
