For passengers, Swiss Airlines ORD Terminal gives somewhat of an experience. When we arrived, the check-in procedure was somewhat easy; kind employees stood ready to help. But especially during peak hours, the terminal itself felt a little confined, which made traversing the crowds difficult. The boarding procedure was ordered, but the waiting periods could be annoying especially when flights were delayed. On the bright side, the inflight service was excellent with attentive flight attendants and a respectable range of cuisine to suit several dietary tastes. Though a little more legroom would have been welcome, the seats were pleasant enough for a longhaul flight. Generally speaking, Swiss Airlines offers a respectable travel experience that balances comfort with efficiency even though there are areas for development, especially in managing passenger flow at the terminal.
