Also there are few cases in which dentists and professional do not recommend dental bleaching such as when you are experiencing any sort of gum disease and if your teeth are with worn enamel or cavities. Bleaching for teeth whitening is also not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women.

Although with the help of modern science, you can take of sensitivity of your gums and teeth with several methods but try to avoid self medication and self teeth whitening processes as they may cause further trouble. It is always advisable not only in case of teeth whitening but in all other health related issues that consultation with your doctor is always better for your health.
