If it is your childs first year at school this will no doubt be an emotional time for you and your child. It can get pretty tricky to keep a lunchboxs contents interesting day in and day out. To ensure your lovingly made lunches arent getting tossed in the bin each day, include snacks like berries, almonds, dried fruit and even a little chocolate bar. For a great alternative to sandwiches, try things like frittata, carrots and celery with dip or even mini snack packs of tuna, cheese and crackers. Dont forget to include a juice box or water bottle so your little one doesnt dehydrate while running around the playground!
