Security is probably most peoples major concern online and is something that certain stores stand head and shoulders above the competition on. If the store takes this seriously then they have my attention. Yes if you pay by credit card online most of the major companies will cover you for any fraudulent activity, but it takes them a while and I would rather not go through that hassle in the first place.
Some online stores take forever to get your purchase to you and charge you an arm and a leg for the privilege. On the other hand the best stores are fair with their pricing, sometimes free if you spend over a certain amount and prompt with the time it takes to get to your doorstep.
Online shopping can be a joy if you take the time to find the best stores. If the store is secure, fair and carries a range of products that a bricks and mortar store just couldn't compete with then that is where I for one will be shopping.
