Remember when you were young, when you were skinny and your mom keep trying go give you more food at dinner, remember that. What was so different then? Fat loss 4 idiots was in play because you lose weight with it being on your mind. Think about it, about what you did all day long, and think about how often you ate. I have a ten year old son, and he is slim, his is not skinny but he is slim. During a course of a day, he may eat something every couple of hours. It does not matter what it is, he just has to have something in his mouth. The thing is, he does not eat allot of any one thing, in fact, at dinner he eats very little. I use to try to make him eat all of his dinner, but I realized something, maybe he's not hungry, eating as much as he is maybe I ought to leave him be His name is Kenny jr by the way.
Me Myself and My son
When I found out about Fat loss for idiots, keep it simple, it made me think about me and my son, it made me look at things a little different. He eats what he wants and he does not do allot of running, only during basket ball season, but when that's over, he plays on the computer allot. He does not go out very often, he does ride his bike every now and then but not much.
What hit me about him was that fact that, even though he does not do much in the summer, he eats allot of small things during the day ,he tends not to ever be very hungry or gain any weight. Let me put that another way, he does gain weight, because he is a growing kid, but his body shape never changes at all. One more note, this may be TMI, but he uses the bath room every day, and sometimes 3 times or more a day. THAT'S IT!! See, when your younger,your metabolism was high, very high. People know this but don't really know what it means, because if you knew what it meant, you could never get fat. I know your not dumb, don,t get me wrong, what I mean is, controlling your metabolism controls your weight, that simple, weight lost for idiots. Well if it's that simple,smart guy, how do you do it you ask?
There are a few ways to lose weight
There are two basic ways to lose weight, do you know what they are? I know you may be thinking low calorie diet and working out. Lets take the work out part out for now, the first part is correct. The exercise part is more for health, but it does speed up your metabolism. But the more you work out the more you want to eat. Balancing that out is very important. The second way is to eat more. That's what I said, eat more. Think about that skinny guy at work, or my son, They eat so much that the food has to move. If food sits in you body, your body has time to absorb all that it has to offer, like fat, if you keep it moving, it does not have enough time. Plus, my son loves fruit. This is a key part also, did you know there are fruits that can help you loss weight? But that's another article. Eating more tricks your body metabolism and makes you body burn fat like crazy. I know this is getting interesting, and allot of people know this, but there are ways you need to do it correctly and you need to know what foods you need to eat.
just means keeping it simple. There are facts that you may not know, but just eating more will help but you need to know what to eat more of. Working out, is good but what work outs? Did you also know that doing ab crunches will not make your stomach slimmer? All your doing is building muscle under your fat, in turn, making your belly bigger.
