The lose weight market is a huge industry that generates billions of dollars every single year. Based on the constant commercials on television, magazines, radio, newspapers, etc... it is clear that the message in today's society is to lose weight and gain that perfect body. The truth is, none of the sources I just mentioned have any interest in helping you lose weight whatsoever. It is all about the money, plain and simple.

The thing is, they are fully aware that losing weight using the very same products that they are shoving down your throats won't be easy. Question for you... have you ever noticed that each or almost each loss weight advertisement every couple of years is presented by a different person?

In my humble opinion, it is not any different from the make money from home commercials you may have seen very early in the morning around 1 - 4 am. Also on every weight loss products there is a disclaimer that says "results may vary." That alone should tell you something.

Not saying that you cannot lose weight with any of the lose weight products advertised, you absolutely can, but that is not the problem. The problem that you are trying to solve is how do you lose the weight and also keeping it off in the process?

Okay, I am going to share with you a little secret that a lot of people don't know about. It is the very secret that weight loss companies are keeping from you because they know that should the public find out, they will lose money.

Please read and listen carefully to what I am about to share with you. It may change how you diet, and I really hope it does. Before we continue, let's first make something clear... becoming fat has nothing to do with a lack of exercise. Not true at all, and whoever tells you otherwise is flat out lying to you. Want to know why some people actually do become fat? It is simple. They don't eat the right foods during the day or night.

You might be thinking that eating the right foods is easy, but unfortunately it is the easy things that most people do not do. If we did the easy things in life, believe me, life would be a whole lot easier to begin with. As simple as what I said sounded, please do not dismiss it... or most of the calories unfortunately will be stored as fat tissue, and as I mentioned earlier, it has nothing to do with exercising, or starving yourself. Another interesting fact to note, it makes absolutely no difference if you have a low calorie diet.

Wondering why this is? Everyone's metabolism responds differently to any decrease in the amount of calories, and in turn adjusts itself. Quick example, you decrease how much calories you have every day from 4000 to 2000. The natural response from your metabolism is to adjust itself so your body now burns 2000 daily. If all your diet plans failed in the past and you wondered why, now you know.
