How Important Is Reliability? - Icore Network Reviews

Often, we ask our clients to name the most important aspect of the service we provide. We like to stay in touch with our clients and make sure that the products we're providing are both valuable and workable. Whenever we ask our clients what's most important to them, one answer floats to the top: reliability.

A telecommunications company, by its very definition, helps you stay connected. Businesses may use their phone service to call suppliers, listen to customers or conduct other important transactions. Individuals may use their phone service to call their bosses, keep in touch with family or deal with other important and personal matters. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service that only works some or part of the time.

That's why we've spent so much time and effort making sure our system is reliable. In fact, we often tell our clients that our system is 99.99 percent reliable, and that's a figure that few of our competitors can touch. How do we achieve this sort of reliability? iCore's typical customer installation includes enhanced disaster prevention and recovery system consisting of a primary private circuit connected to one of the two geographically redundant and technologically mirrored Network Access Centers (NACs), with a managed backup circuit hosted by an additional NAC; both of which are equipped with primary and backup data servers. The upgraded hardware, advanced software and true geographic data center redundancy enables ICore Network Reviews to prepare its customers for the worst by making a detailed disaster recovery plan available to every customer. We've thought of almost every way possible to make our system both fast and reliable. It would take a significant amount to take our system down, and it's been tested. Recently, we even stayed up and running during the 5.9 magnitude earthquake which struck the east coast in August 2011. Not only can our geographically redundant facilities help us protect our clients of outages in case of natural disasters, but the facility can also provide a significant amount of protection against hackers and other cyber threats.

We take reliability so seriously that we offer 24/7 customer service. Customers can always contact us if they're having a technical issue and we can help them reconfigure their computers and get back up and running again.
