Children Should Get Proper Sleep To Be Fit

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor's book. Since we spend around one-third of our entire lives asleep, many have spent their time in thinking over what sleeping is really all about. Well-known actors, politicians, writers, and celebrities have all researched for years with their thoughts on this part of their lives. Sleep is an essential aspect of our life and when we sleep we rest and our body renews energy. We spend a lot of time talking about how we've slept and whether our children had sound sleep or not. Sound sleep control psychological well being and it is also important for school success. Good sleep enables us to remember what we have learnt for a longer time. It is also important because when we dream we all process all the actions of daily life. It is very true that he who sleeps half a day has won half a life. A childs sleeping pattern like whether they sleep and for how long, really affects the entire family. Therefore good sleeping habits are very much essential for ones life. You may have a child who is very active and doesnt require much sleep. People say that this habit is normal but you should change a child sleep habits as it can cause problems later.

What is your expectation when your child grows? You should learn how to understand and deal with your child's changing body and mind from infancy through the teen years. Sleep is the most discussed characteristic of baby care. You should know how much sleep is required for a child and how you should respond when you are awakened in the middle of the night. It all depends on a childs age and you should list the hours of sleep which is required by an infant or 2 year old baby. There is no fixed number of hours which is required by all kids in certain group. Two year old baby named Aishu can sleep from 8: PM to 8: AM whereas two year old James sleeps at 9: PM and gets up at 6: AM. There is a great connection between sleep and a childs behavior because when the child doesnt get proper sleep they get irritated whole day. Moreover school going child cannot concentrate in their school and they will feel lethargic. A sleepless night is as long as a year. When adults are tired, they become ill tempered and have low energy. On the contrary kids get hyper, disagreeable and have a hostile nature.

Most kids' sleep requirements fall within a predictable range of hours based on their age, but each child is a unique individual with a distinct sleep need. A newborn baby needs sleep between 16 and 19 hours per day and they wake in a gap of two to three hours to eat. Some babies sleep more than this, maybe for eight or 10 hours at a time. This is good enough, provided your child is normal, healthy and growing. When there is a situation in which your child has lost weight or has not gained enough weight, you may have to wake your child every two or three hours for a feed.
