Could you imagine selling a branded bag in a dilapidated filthy shop, no one would ever want to enter. And above all what we want for any kind of business is traffic meaning people, it is clear that a perfect product in a perfect shop without people walking in to touch and feel it would be useless.

This now brings me to how can we use this kind of elements and amplify it for an online business. Let's that a look at the elements broken down.

1. Marketability - Meaning there has to be demand for the product.

2. Shop to be sold at - Shop has to be attractive theme which correlates with the product.

So for an online business to be successful you first have to choose what kind of product do you want to market to people, there are many ways to go about how you can find the right product to market.

Take it for instance you can use Google keyword tool which you can sign up for free and search for highly searched words to see what market is HOT on.

So if you like to cook for instance, search for maybe french recipe and see what are the results in the keywords people are using for and see if the marketing is hot for selling recipes.

So once you have found a good product you want to look into the quality of the product. It has to be up to date, have good information/useful functions, be well packaged and durable and withstand the test of time.

Once you have a product selected at hand the next thing you would be wondering how am i gonna let the world see what i have, so the back-bone to everything is your website your website has to offer support for its product, be clear on what it offers, well designed, be updated and this are very important elements that a website should have.
