Upon hearing the word farm wedding, you may think its pretty old-fashioned and boring. However, in reality, it doesnt have to be, because there are a lot of farm wedding ideas that could spice up the decors and the wedding celebration.

1. Make use of the available resources, use the homegrown fruits from that particular farm where youre having your wedding. Mix them to the drinks to add a natural touch and good look. You can decorate the glass too with the fruits or slice the fruits and put it on the drink itself. Simple, yet, not everyone has come to think of it.

2. To take the decors like the wedding canopy a notch higher, you can make it float by attaching balloons to the cloth and then using a plastic nylon thread to tie the balloons to the ground without the distracting color of ropes or any other ties.

3. Instead of using the usual cooler or the refrigerator, you can put all the bottled drinks on a vintage picnic basket to give it the laidback farm touch.

4. Have a unique altar by using the haystacks and putting a hard wood on top of them, and then decorate it according to your preferences to suit to your wedding theme and taste.

5. Hang small light bulbs and lit them when its dark to create a dreamy and starry night effect. This effect maximizes the romance that is already in the atmosphere.

A lot of couples nowadays celebrate their wedding through farm weddings. Why not? Farm weddings are more affordable, and its more relaxing to the couples and the visitors. It simply lets your guests enjoy the wedding as they get to kick off their high heels and their tight neckties.
