All together a personal trainer is very efficient and effective in pushing people toward their goals, sometimes even being motivational and effective enough to push them beyond limits they did not before realise they had set for themselves. Without someone watching over them, people find it very easy to relax with their work outs, diet and exercise regime. So if there is someone behind them for each step, there would be no room to fall or slip.
