For today's panic attack treatment minute I wanted to talk to you real quick about your diet and how important that is to curing your panic attacks. One of the best ways to stop your panic attacks is by taking care of your body by eating healthy and staying hydrated. One thing I recommend is to eat more vegetables and fruit. Avoid fatty foods, definitely avoid fast foods as much as possible. Drink lots of water instead of soda pops, coffee, or any other caffeinated drinks. Also avoid eating too much sugar. All of this will help keep the anxiety and panic attacks low. I recommend talking to your physician or nutritionist to find out what kind of diet will fit you best. They can help you figure out what vitamins you need to take, what foods to avoid, and what foods you need to eat more of.

I also recommend you monitor your diet. If you notice after eating a certain type of food that you have a panic attack, take note of that. Start taking note of everything you're eating and drinking and anything you notice that is consumed before having a panic attack multiple times. If you notice sugar could be causing some of your panic attacks, cut as much of it out of your diet. Start eating more foods that are alkaline such as cucumbers, spinach, or broccoli. And replace the soda with water. Add flavor to your water if that helps you drink more of it.
