After 15 years of marriage, I ultimately convinced my husband who turning the mattress every three months weren't helping any longer, and he agreed to buying a new one. As it had been years, since I shopped for a top mattress store, I was a little bit overwhelmed. I was bombarded by the newest mattress crazes.
There were adjustable beds & spring mattresses and foam mattresses and some even made from space-aged materials! And all these mattresses guarantee the best in comfort. After comparisons on pricing with other kinds of mattresses with and without a mattress pad I made a decision that a pillow-top mattress and mattress pad were greatest for me.
Thus I started my search, at first with online furniture and mattress retailers to find the greatest buy for my budget. To my wonder, I found that four local stores carried the pillow-top mattress available ready for instant delivery. So without delay I hopped in my vehicle and headed out for an afternoon of shopping, an outing I was certain to enjoy.
The first location I went to have all kinds of mattress pads, pillow top mattresses and top of the line brand names. Unfortunately, the prices were a little bit out of my reach, thus I headed to my second destination, a regional department store. True they had the selection for top mattress types, but not the size.
Actually my husband is a bear of a man and we both need a king sized bed for our comfort. Thus off to location three. This was a more up-scale store and I actually didn't think it would have the pillow top mattress I wanted in my price range. I was not disappointed with my theory as it was extremely over priced!
Well, that left one, and as they say "save best for last". I fully expected to finish up buying my mattress and mattress pad at the liquidation store in a nearby town sadly known as "Top Mattress". And alas there it was the size, price and comfort of "my" pillow top mattress, and they offered me a deal on the mattress pad besides throwing in free delivery. Not just did they deliver, but they did a full set up and took away my old mattress and mattress pad to save me the hassle of finding a disposal method.
