The word you want and need to make your experience is not a diet but "Good Nutrition".

Gymnastics.

Exercise foisted as the antidote to obesity and is often used as an excuse to eat more. There is no doubt that exercise is beneficial to health and should include it in your daily life But always based on your needs and your capabilities. Finally, the role of exercise / diatonic specific to weight loss is about 20% (gymnastics) and 80% (diet). Put simply, poor diets easily eliminate or override the exercise.

I do not eat but fatten.

Excuses for not trying to slim you can find thousands. And even invent some. The funda is that whatever happens and peculiarity is that your body reflects some factors which depend on your lifestyle. There is no magical way to slim nor magically you gain weightSince you depend on it all.
