Final Phase Fat Loss 2.0 by John Romaniello is a fat loss program designed to help you lose the last 5,10, to 15 pounds of pure body fat. You know the type of fat I'm talking about, right? It's the fat that you can never seem toever get rid of no matter what you do. You have probably tried everything to get rid of those last few pounds, but just constantly struggled to finally reach your end goal. We all have known someone to do this.

4. Some of your hormones are out of balance. Hormones basically tell the body what to do. There are hundreds of hormones circulating right now controlling different aspects of your health and processes to make sure you work efficiently. However, hormones are controlled by a lot of outside factors such as the environment and how you operate within your environment. And one of the biggest problems with hormones that many people do not realize is that they can increase your likelihood of storing fat in certain areas of the body. If you stay insulin resistant, those love handles will never go away no matter what you do. To improve your insulin resistance, you have to exercise appropriately and cut out carbohydrates. This is just one of the methods John uses to help you get rid of your love handles.

All in all, you need to have certain things in place to make sure you don't come to the dreaded weight loss plateau. There are things you can do to avoid this, but you have to know what you are doing.
