Most of these products on the market are very successful products because they cater to people who are not actually willing to get up and do any physical exercise. It's important to know that you must have a balanced meal with fresh fruits, whole grains, protein, vegetables, and other healthy foods along with exercise on a regular basis in order to lose weight and keep it off.

Do TV products actually work? Yes, they can work. A lot of the success is, however, up to the person using the product. If you buy the Ab Circle Pro because you think it is fun to swing around in circles on a machine in your living room a couple of times, it will likely not help you lose weight. If you use it regularly with the program that comes with the kit, as well as eating healthy and walking for 45 minutes every night, then you will start to see some results.

Shapely Secrets is a product by Savvier that promises results in 7 minutes a day. Shapely Secrets focuses on using one's own body weight as resistance for building muscle. The "7 Minute Workout" is based on "Diametric Resistance" exercises. Shapely Secrets was founded by Greer Childers, who, following her own workout, stayed slim and shapely, and looks pretty great for her age. She claims the average loss from trying her workout is 6 pounds in 14 days. That's about 1 pant/dress size. You can definitely get a sweat going and if you don't want to do hours of exercise, then this is a good product for you. However, you do need to supplement your Shapely Secrets regime with a reduction in calories and perhaps another physical activity that you do during the week to really see results. While Shapely Secrets can get you started, you have to work to really get major pounds off. If you are just looking to slim up and do not require a lot of weight loss, then using Shapely Secrets by itself may be enough for you. Being able to lose weight just on these kinds of workouts alone really depends on your body type, motivation, and lifestyle, but it is definitely a possibility.

Most TV product instruction guide books do not mention that you should add healthy foods and increase your exercise along with their product, although some are actually doing this now and getting better at mentioning that you will need to supplement a workout with certain foods or additional exercise, and they have gotten better at this than they have been in the past.

When you reduce your caloric intake, you should not necessarily eat less, but rather increase the amount of good fats in your diet, such as avocados, fish, etc and eat more nuts, grains, and vegetables. Restricting red meat a bit more from your diet and keeping fried foods and trans-fats away from your plate will help you see the results that you are looking for. It's all about healthy choices, not sacrifice. Also, remember to drink plenty of water - this will help keep your skin looking good as well.
