Cyber Bullying - Could This Be Happening In your Kids - Discover the Solution

Cyber bullying is a concern that's worrying to kids and parents. Kids may be cruel to one another and when you realize anyone who's a cyber bully or a victim, you will want to make the facts recognized to someone who may take action to stop it. Everyone knows kids may be cruel to one another and most people have seen it, either growing up, a mother or father, or even a teacher. Cyber bullying involves teens or preteens, where they use the web or mobile technology to humiliate or mistreat another minor. Cyber bullying between adults is called cyberstalking or cyberharassment.

One problem of cyber bullying is it doesn't stop when school finishes. Using cellular phones and computers, it can be continued 24/7 and kids get no cool down time away from the bullying. What seems silliness to adults can be a big problem to some child. Suicide or even the killing of one other child has been recognized to happen. The cyberbully can quickly get to be the victim and roles are reversed. Kids take sides and can switch loyalty for no reason, so a cyberbullying gang leader can soon be in the cold, deserted from the gang.

One threatening message isn't cyber bullying, it should be several messages sent in a period of time. 1 or 2 rude messages could be just an outburst. Whether it's not continued, it can be overlooked, despite the fact that it's frightening for that child around the receiving end. Cyber bullying can be executed either from the bully or through somebody else. Kids are hooked on social networking like Facebook and Twitter understanding that means substantially more ways to perform cyberbullying. Pretending being someone else, using misspelled screen names or stolen passwords can leave the victim devastated.

Websites, blogs, email and cell phones are cyber bullying tools which you can use to embarrass or threaten other kids. Photos taken with phones could be on the website and blogsite during first minutes and whereas adults can laugh about it, kids feel tormented and allow it affect their whole lives. Another cyber bullying tactic would be to hit the "warning" button, reporting the victim with their ISP or social networking provider. This may get accounts shut down and worse. Although providers understand this, it could be hard to pinpoint who's at fault, therefore the cyberbully often gets his way.

Worried victims of cyber bullying, confused to be aware what to do, can find help on the web. There exists a service that lets kids report bullies anonymously, to an independent 3rd party. The reports can be sent by texting or by way of a website that sends a written report to the school where the bullying is occurring and the school may then do something to prevent it. The greatest problems for kids wanting to report cyber bullying are how to keep their identity secret and knowing that their information will probably be considered genuine and managed.
