Every other day diet review - An easy way to lose weight

I don't wish to reveal too many specifics about the SNAPP system which is the main component of the diet, or I may get into trouble with the author, but basically you follow exactly the exact same type of system each day where you've a healthy breakfast, then two snacks throughout the day (but no lunch) followed by a healthy dinner, and you are able to eat as many vegetables as you would like for the rest of the night. On the 'feed days' then you follow the same system but you just eat the apple, which is one of your snacks, 30 minutes before lunch and then go have your treat of pizza or burgers etc which is pretty cool.

At 119 pages then it seems like a large guide, but in fact most of the diet is compressed into the space of about 10 pages, and the rest is really a lot of build up, a lot of talking about how good the diet plan is for you and how it works etc, which is interesting but gets on your nerves a bit, then there is a chunk of about 40 pages of recipes.

The author makes a huge fuss throughout the guide about this not being a 'diet' but a 'lifestyle plan' which you are able to follow for the rest of your life, and how it isn't as stressful as other diets which make you count calories etc, but I do not truly see how this diet fits into your regular life.

I mean there's no explanation about what to do in the event you go out with friends for a meal, what occurs in the event you cheat on the diet plan whilst on a holiday or some thing, do you just jump back on? It's quite restrictive and so whilst it is simple then it's still a 'diet' as you're eating different food to your family no doubt, and you're skipping meals each and every other day (there are 5 various plans to follow so on some you are skipping three - 4 lunches in a row) which means you have to look and feel awkward at lunch with your friends at work.

Do not get me wrong, it's among the much less intrusive diets I've seen, the meals are fairly simple and skipping lunch is simple to do, I just do not believe it is as easy to follow as the author makes it out to be.

So it does appear like a relatively easy diet to follow, the diet support is good which goes together with it (not technical support though, see customer service section later on) so whilst some of it is confusing then you can get assist to answer any queries you've which I like. The system is probably not going to be one you follow for life, although if you do not have a family who demand various evening meals and have the freedom at work to eat the snacks you need to, then it is one you could stick to for the long term.

It seems a little bit like I've been ripping this diet plan apart, but that's only because I wish to both review the diet plan by itself, and review it based on the expectations set by the web site before you purchase and throughout the guide as you read it.

Some more information on how you can fit it into real life would have been nice (like what to do at restaurants etc). All in all it's an ok system which you are able to learn and adapt as you go along to fit your particular lifestyle.
