People should do yoga because that is a great exercise for stress relief and relaxation. I really love doing yoga because of the benefits I get from it and the results that occur while doing it. Yoga has become my favorite exercise since I first started taking it. If people do yoga, they will be amazed at the benefits and the results that they get from doing it.

Today, I am doing really well with it, and I must say that Yoga has helped me overcome obstacles with life, especially with school.
