Too much of an intake of carbohydrate is called carb craving. In other words it is just an addiction to carb food. There is a certain level of discomfort when one cuts down on carbohydrates. People keep thinking about high-carb foods when they stop having them.

When one is on a low-carb dietone should have lots of fibre. Foods made of flax seeds are good as they are rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Protein rich salads are also a good choice. One should not go hungry when on a low carb diet. It is better to keep eating something within a gap of every three hours. It is good to have delicious food at this time. One should prepare finger licking dishes with low-carb ingredients. This will certainly make one feel better. One should not take too much of stress during this time. Try to be happy and relax by going for a walk or so. One should drink lots of water when on low-carb diet. After a couple of weeks of low-carb diet one might feel irritablefatigued and shaky and may not feel good. This is because the body is not used to running on fat and protein.
