Phentermine Weight Loss Pills- Are They Any Good?

The Truth About Phentermine Weight Loss

A lot of appetite suppressants pop up all over, and with the banning of the so called wonder drug - those that contain ephedra - people turn to the closest thing possible: the phentermine weight loss pills. Unlike diet pills with ephedra, phentermine pills do not have nasty side effects. There are side effects with phentermine, but they are generally well tolerated - especially by those who have gotten accustomed to stress.

The reason for this is that phentermine works like stressors. It makes the brain think that you are under attack. Well, not really an attack per se; it's similar to when you are facing more workload than usual at the office. Your body is pumped due to that stress response, and your body forgets hunger. Still, you may retain your love for food and still have an appetite. You can still eat and eat without feeling hunger, so the success of phentermine pills is inversely proportional to your love for food. If you can control your appetite while under the effects of phentermine, then it will work well for you.

One of the seven deadly sins is sloth; taken from the animal that doesn't move around too much. The animal, sloth, is even too lazy to hunt for food sometimes, and would just hang on a tree for days without eating. This is countered by the fact that their metabolic rates are slow, so they can go for days without food. Still, the sloth is not what you would call a "fit" animal, and you will be akin to a sloth if you do not exercise.

If you simply go for phentermine pills and go on for days without food and without exercise, nothing will really happen to you. Your metabolism will still slow down, and your body will not burn the fats that you need to get rid of. That being said, phentermine will not do you jack if you just take it without exercising. Even obese patients are treated with phentermine AND exercising for the program to work.

The bottom line is that phentermine weight loss pills need to be combined with exercise. Those who try it without doing their part in losing weight usually claim the pills to be fake, when in reality it is they who do not understand the whole concept of phentermine. Phentermine works, but you need to do your own work to make it effective.
