I know that I'm not the only one in the world struggling to keep those extra pounds off of me. Sometimes, I think it's hopeless. I have tried so many different diets after diets trying to find one that would work for me. Sometimes one of those diets would work for a short period of time but eventually the weight came back. My weight was more stubborn than me, and that is a pretty tough thing to be.
I was never really fat or obese. Always just a tad over what I wanted to be. Unfortunately, that number seemed to climb a bit as I got older every year. Just a pound or two, here and there.
I tried them all. All the famous big name weight loss gurus that advertise on TV. Jenny, South Beach, Atkins you name it. I was encouraged at first by all of them. I thought I had found the golden goose with each one. Didn't take too long for my enthusiasm to fizzle out.
I can't remember how I found this one but somehow I did. Perhaps in a magazine or a daytime talk show, but nevertheless thank god for small miracles. Finally, a diet product that has helped me lose enough weight to make me feel a lot more vigorous and younger. It's amazing literally how much lighter I feel on my feet. This product is a 21st Century re-formulation of a diet product that has been around for quite some time.
They claim you can lose up to 17 pounds in 14 days. That was too radical for me. I did it in a little more than twice the time, going somewhat slower. It wasn't too difficult, but then again it wasn't "a piece of cake". Anybody that tells you that losing weight is easy is full of you know what. Perhaps if you move to Bangladesh it's easy but not in this country. At least not until they outlaw Krispy Kreme and McDonalds franchises.
The good news is that it's been over 4 months now and I'm maintaining my weight. I am still using this product on a maintenance routine every couple of weeks or so to keep me where I am. At this point it has been really much easier as I found that once you lose the excess weight, your appetite diminishes to where it should be. Kind of like getting better gas mileage from a compact car as opposed to the amount of gas needed to move a big SUV.
My suggestion to all of you out there is to try this method if you have been unsuccessful with all of the rest like I was. I would also check with your doctor to make sure that you are healthy enough to go on a particular diet, whether it's this one or some other. Better to be safe than sorry. Best wishes.
