Arkansas Quarterback Ryan Mallett Ready For 2011 NFL Draft

The Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings and Cincinnati Bengals will meet up with Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett ahead of the 2011 NFL Draft.

Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett is going to visit the Cincinnati Bengals after this end of month and Minnesota Vikings is planning to work out with the Mallett in April. The Miami Dolphins has a confidential workout schedule with Mallett at the end of the March whereas; Carolina Panthers previously had a secret workout with Mallett for the next month NFL Draft.

Sources stated that, Mallett is having the good arm strength and perfect accuracy, during his pro day on 8th March and his natural athletic ability was best in this year's quarterbacks. Minnesota Vikings are searching for the quarterback, after the Brett Favre retired from NFL. Currently, Vikings are having three quarterbacks on their rosters who are Joe Webb, Patrick Ramsey and Rhett Bomar.

Seattle Seahawks general Manager, John Schneider, Tennessee Titans quarterbacks coach Dowell Loggains, Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy, Cincinnati Bengals Coach Ken Zampese and Carolina Panthers quarterback Coach Mike Shula were looking forward to meet with Ryan Mallett. Ryan Mallet started his career at the University of Michigan in 2007 and later he played with Arkansas Razorbacks from 2008 to 2010. Quarterback Ryan Mallett is also talking with few NFL teams for his Draft in 2011.

On 6th January, 2011 Mallett confirmed his name for the 2011 NFL Draft, after his senior year completed with Arkansas Razorbacks. Sources stated that, Mallett is going to the Seattle Seahawks in his latest mock Draft and Buffalo Bulls put him on 34th pick on the quarterback list in the second round. He also got the Premier Player of College Football Trophy in 2010 for his best performance as quarterback.

Mallett said that, he was more consistent on his throwing on the field and added that he wants to concentrate on faster in throwing. Mallett has also related with unconfirmed allegations of drug use incident. In the last season, Mallett has completed record passes of 266 on a school record along with 411 attempts for 3,869 passing yards and 32 touchdowns including 12 interceptions. In his complete collegiate career, Mallett made 8,385 passes for 69 touchdowns and 24 interceptions.
