The first thing you have to do is go get a full medical check-up. You want to make sure that you do not have any medical issues which will get in the way of your weight loss goal. On the first page it should list a free food calorie chart. You can copy or download the chart for your use. You have to also have a food scale. You would use the food scale to measure the portions of the food items you want to eat. Both the food scale and the food calorie chart are essential tools needed to lose weight before the wedding. A calculator would also be good to have to help with the numbers. Notepad and pencil with eraser, you need to write things down. A body weight scale if you do not already have one should be around so you can check your weight.

What do you do with all of this stuff? A food scale, A food calorie chart, a calculator, pencil, paper, and a body weight scale. A good diet plan is one where it will help you reach your goal. Speaking of goals, you will need to set a weight loss goal. How do you know how much weight to lose? Enter in your Height in feet and inches then enter in your exact weight (undressed), When you click calculate it will tell you what your BMI is. Then go to a BMI chart on the same page and find your height and weight. If you are in the overweight range then put your finger on the weight line and move it over to the normal range. The difference between your weight and the normal weight will tell you exactly how many pounds you will need to lose. This is a quick and simple way of finding out whatis a healthy amount of weight you can lose.

Lets say that you have to lose 26 pounds to get yourself in the normal BMI range, Set your weight loss goal at 30 pounds. Now you have two months to lose weight before the wedding. In order to meet your goal you will need to lose about 4 pounds per week. Now you have a weight loss goal. It is now time to plan your diet.

How do you know what to eat and drink to lose weight before the wedding? You use a calories system. You need to know how much you are eating right now. You do this by multiplying you body weight times the number 13. The answer is the amount of calories you are consuming. Example: 155 pounds X 13 equals 2015 calories. In the example, 2015 calories is how much you are consuming. I your weight never changes then this is your daily calorie intake. To lose weight all you have to do is lower your daily calorie intake. For the first month drop your daily calorie intake by 300 calories per day. Using the example 2015-300=1715 . You can eat what ever you want you just can go over 1715 calories per day. Now the number 1715 is an example you will need to find your own daily calorie intake and lower it by 300 the first month. For the second month lower your daily calorie intake by 60 more calories. Use the food calorie chart to find out what the calorie value of each food item you want to eat. Use the food scale to measure the portions of food items you want to eat.

When you use the calorie system their are some rules you will need to know. Never eat less than 1200 calories per day. To stop cravings eat five meals per day. Stop eating food that contains sugar. Stop drinking beverages that contain sugar. Drink water. Chew sugarless gum. Do not add more food to your meal portions. No cheating.

Now you need to come with an exercise plan. If you want to lose weight before the wedding you have to burn off that fat. You can go to a health club or you can come up with your own exercise plan. You will need to workout 30 to 45 minutes per day 6 days a week. Rest on the 7th day then start all over again.
