The third question you want to ask yourself is, "How could I benefit from improving my personal appearance?" The fourth and final question is, "Will I have the necessary will power?" If you simply ask yourself these questions, and reflect on them, then you have made a major advancement towards removing those unwanted pounds that will only cause you misery and discomfort.

Now that you have built up in your mind that you really want to do it, your next step is to put your weight loss plan into action by CHANGING YOUR EATING HABITS. This is not difficult. The way you eat is nothing more than a habit. If you can condition your mind and your body to change your current eating habits, and eat at different times of the day, you can begin to train your mind and your body to react to some new habits. When you start to see the pounds dropping off, you will know it, and you will certainly feel it. And the best part is, you will not starve yourself while doing it. You will eat better, look better, and above all, feel better.

The next approach is to consider the LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. There are many many small, simple ways to alter the way you eat at mealtime. While one of these changes may not make that much of a difference, putting them all into effect can result in the pounds just dropping off like crazy.

Finally, now that you have a grip on your weight loss plan, and you are not used to your new ways, you simply must follow through. Once you have changed your eating habits, and have gotten used to some new ways, you must stick with it. If you have conditioned your mind properly, this will not be a problem. Then, as you see the weight drop, you need to stay motivated. Finally, it will not hurt to do some exercise. Don't worry! I am not referring to the strenuous ones like weight lifting, jogging, or cardio. By far, the best exercise is WALKING. You will be surprised at what a difference this could make in your plan to lose weight.
