Many people think that going on a diet or trying to go to the gym will get them moving in the right direction and then somehow, magically as the weight starts to fall off, they will then become motivated to keep on eating healthily, ignoring the goodies in the fridge and keep exercising....even though they have ignored doing exactly that for years!

Whilst we are on this honesty track, if you look at the reserves that your body currently has, and you recognise that the human body can survive for a long period of time without food...then to be truthful, sometimes you eat even when you don't need to. So will replacing what you're currently eating and enjoying, with something you do not like, help you to feel better and lose weight and motivate you to continue?
