Losing weight isn't easy. At least the traditional methods we are all taught are not easy. How many times do we hear the same story, control your calories and control your fat intake, watch watch you eat. A good weight loss system is not about this kind of thing.
And do you have time for that? I don't.
How about managing points? Can you manage that system when you work day in and day out, running around chasing your kids, their soccer, hockey, music lessons and karate? Or maybe you have heard of counting points, converting food and calories to some other system and doing all kinds of mathematical calisthenics to figure out how much of what you are allowed to eat!
I barely have time enough to make it through my day managing all of the tasks that are expected of me from both home and work. I don't have the energy and time to manage another system. I need fat loss for people like me, not fat loss for PhD's!
I don't know about you, but I also don't feel like starving myself to lose some fat. It just doesn't make any sense, the less one eats the hungrier you get. That's completely self defeating. As each day passes, you just get hungrier and hungrier until finally you give in to your physical needs and eat. And typically, if you are like me, you eat for more than you should or need to.
And then the yo-ho effect happens once again. Sure, maybe you lose a little weight doing that, but inevitably you end up putting on more weight than you lose.
And then the physiological effect of failure sets in. It sets you back even further in your efforts to lose weight, to burn fat and to final feel victory over your self control.
This entire ridiculous, disheartening cycle can be broken but it takes a shift in the way we think. It requires a departure from the way we conceive about out bodies, our foods and our ultimate goal, which is to feel better, look better and lose the fat.
However, what it does not require is a lot of effort or a lot of managing of systems and calories.
The beauty ofgood weight loss system is it's designed for everyday people. It's designed for busy people, and it's designed for normal people. It's designed so that you can succeed. It's simple, it's easy, but it still does require commitment. If you are at the point where you are ready to lose weight, but haven't the time and energy for conversions, calorie counting and points, then a good weight loss system is for you!
