Lose Belly Fat With A 10 Minute Workout and Diet

Apparently, being overweight is not healthy but having excess fat around the mid-section is especially bad. Are you looking to change the shape of your body or trying to lose belly fat without joining a high priced gym?

Do simple things like cutting out cream in your coffee this is easy and effective. Try and exchange sugar for honey in your coffee or if that does not work for you try to replace the sugar with something you are comfortable with. Remember it's what you do everyday that counts. These vegetables are incredibly low in calories and will supply a hefty dose of fiber to help keep you feeling full for hours. Add green vegetables to your salads, stir-fry's, or any other dish you may be thinking of making for dinner.

Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper technique for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet. Your hands should be pointing forward as well. Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you (into a pushup position). Perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is vanishing.

The healthiest fats are monounsaturated. These can be found in foods such as coconut and olive oils, avocados and almonds and other nuts. These are all excellent sources of healthy fats. So, in summary, when it comes to fats, look for monounsaturated, eat quality saturated fats in limited quantities and stay away from trans fats completely.

Eating too much junk food can be a primary cause for developing lot of belly fat. Eating junk food can raise your appetite levels making you eat more and also eat unhealthy fattening foods resulting in gaining more fat around your stomach.

Avoid unhealthy foods and those foods that have high levels of sugar or caffeine. Try going for foods which are rich in nutrients and fiber. Examples are fresh vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, whole grain etc.

Swimming - I highly recommend swimming, as well as working your body and burning plenty of calories this exercise has no impact on your joints.
