Buying Only Breakfast And Snacks From Nutrisystem: Can You Do This? How?

I recently heard from someone who told me that although she didn't plan on going on nutrisystem full time, she did want to substitute breakfast and snacks with nutrisystem hoping that she could still easily lose some weight this way without needing to change your routine very much. Actually, you can order only nutrisystem breakfast, meals, and snacks without commiting. I'll tell you how to do it in the cheapest way possible in the following article.

You Can Order Nutriystem Breakfasts And Snacks Individually, But This Isn't The Cheapest Way To Go: Virtuously every item on the menu is available for individual for individual purchase. And, taken by themselves, they're not all that expensive. For example, the blueberry muffin is $2.95. Any of the many cereals are $2.00. The granola bars are $2.25. This is just a few examples because the menu is extensive and would take forever to list here.

In terms of snacks, the chocolate mint cookies are $2.50. The nachos are $2.25. Biscotti is $2.15. None of these items are particularly expensive. But if you're going to order more than a few, you can get by cheaper. If you go with the flex menu and then customize it rather than going with the "favorites" menu, you will actually pass less than you would if you pay individually for each item you want.

The flex menu is sometimes as little as a little over $200 and you get enough meals for 20 days (eating five times per day. That's 100 items and sometimes there are specials that let you get free meals) If you use nutrisystem coupons, the cost is even less. As you can see, this averages out to be much less than the $2.50 $2.95 meal which some individual items cost. And, if you're only going to be eating a few snacks per day, this package would last you MUCH longer than one month.

Now, if you're only going to order a handful of foods and don't need enough meals for several months, then a package might be too much food for you. But I just wanted for you to realize that option exists. You can certainly order only breakfast, snacks, desserts etc. off of the "a la carte" or individual menu. But if you're going to do this to order a good deal of meals, the flex package turns out to be cheaper in many cases.
