Make The Most of Your Easter and Royal Wedding Weekends

With the Easter weekend and a Royal wedding to look forward to, the next few weeks provide plenty to get excited about. Make the most of the double bank holidays, and don't let it pass you by in a televised programme of bbc commentary and religious epics.

Get out of your living room and take advantage of the extra holidays supplied courtesy of Kate and Wills. Furthermore, with the extreme improvement in the weather over the past couple of days, what other excuse could you possibly need to enjoy a slice of majestic easter fun.

Whether it's a proper Easter celebration you're after, or simply an excuse to venture further afield to escape the daily routine, don't let the long weekends go to waste. From street parties to easter breaks abroad, there is no shortage of opportunities over the next few weeks for you to get a well deserved rest from the daily rind.

For those who really want to take advantage of their employer, the three days in between the bank holiday weekends could be booked as additional holidays, thus providing the excellent window for a proper Easter break.

Though the weather in Britain may be showing signs of improvement on our recent snowy nonsense in March, it may not be good enough for some. In this case, only Spain or Turkey will suffice. It doesn't have to be this way.

With plenty of fantastic destinations in the UK offering a wealth of holiday packages, there's no need to escape the British Isles in search of a more climatically efficient way to spend your time off. You will find a wide range of Easter breaks in the UK online, and not all at crazy prices or revolving around easter egg hunts.

An eggs-ellent holiday awaits you on your front doorstep (or in your backyard, whatever you like). Capitalise on our curent situation, because Royal Weddings do not come around very often. When have you ever seen Prince Harry with a girlfriend? Eggs-actly.

For me, Easter is a time to eat massive bits of chocolate with no hesitation or guilt ridden exercise. This year however, let's do the holiday the justice it deserves, and schedule some time to celebrate Jesus Christ or Prince William or both, take your pick.

Whatever happens, don't let it pass you by, you'll regret it when you return to work and hear of everyone's regal experiences and fun-filled, sun-bathed breaks.
