Working out
All you have to do is start walking more or get out and do some physical activities. I recommend the wii fit! I have tried this and it is awesome. I have had people come up to me (family and friends) and tell me how the wii fit is amazing because they get to go running or exercise right in their own living rooms. Believe me its great and you get to play with family if you wanted. Just go on the walking and bicycling section and enjoy yourself.

Another great way to losing weight is drinking water. Stop drinking soda which holds your water and you start to become bloated. This is known as water fat. Studies have shown if you stop drinking soda and start drinking water in one year you can lose 20 lbs. Twenty pounds in one year by not doing anything is AWESOME!!
