- If you know the things that cause you stress, try to stay away from them.

- A therapist can be a good person to talk to about stressful situations in your life. It can be helpful to get these kinds of things off your chest.

- Yoga and meditation are known to be great calming methods.

- Participating in maternity spa treatments can be a soothing and calming time for pregnant women. However, it is best to wait until the second trimester to have spa treatments because first trimester spa treatments are linked with miscarriages.
