subject: 3 Most Common Vision Improvement Mistakes [print this page]

I hate to be the one to say this but the fact is, people who undertake natural vision improvement rarely succeed. It's not because the approach doesn't work. It's not even because the users don't heed the instructions... It's simply because proper instructions are often left out!

In this article, I want to reveal 3 most common mistakes of natural vision improvement so you can avoid them and finally rebuild your vision naturally. Ready? Let's get started.

1. This is the first and most important mistake to correct. Ironically, I committed this mistake myself when I first got started and once I corrected, I saw a huge improvement.

What is it? It's to keep wearing your glasses when you're correcting your vision! If you're in an accident and you leg is in a cast for a few months, you'll have to undergo physical therapy in which you try to walk without your crutches.

The same principle applies to your vision. If you keep wearing glasses, your eyes will never again learn how see without one. If you can't see without your glasses, then at least get a weaker one!

2. Mistake number 2 is to continue working even when your eyes are tired. By forcing your eyes open when it's tired, you're place harmful strain on them.

Notice how your temple wrinkles at that time?

Strain is, in many ways, responsible for deteriorating vision and most eye exercises are designed to get rid of them. But for them to work, you'll first have to remove the source!

3. The next mistake is inconsistent implementation of the eye exercises prescribed. Some program give the impression that doing these eye exercises every once in a while is sufficient... but this is never the case!

If you ever want to correct your vision naturally, it is imperative that you change your vision habit... but to do that, you'll have to implement the eye exercises religiously.

4. As counter-intuitive as this may sound, the next mistake is in putting too much effort in vision improvement. Vision should be just like all of our other senses. Notice how you can hear, touch, taste and smell without effort?

Yet with your eyesight, you tend to stare, leer and do all sort of unnatural things. These things cause strain and deteriorates your vision. The key to vision improvement, therefore, is relaxation. The more relax you are, the more your eyes can work without your conscious effort.

When that happens, your eyesight will be able to naturally improve itself.
