Also discuss this problem with your closest friends and you might find that they have a similar problem and did not want to talk about it. You will all probably laugh about it because your friends were trying to hide their problem too.
As a young adult you will most likely notice that your man breasts will slowly disappear anyway and as said earlier they are sometimes produced because of a hormonal imbalance, the more research you do on the problem, the more you will find it is not as bad as it may seem which will therefore strengthen you emotionally to handle all the teasing.
