Any weight loss diet that intentionally jeopardizes your health to achieve its goal should not even be considered. Since I have been obese for a good part of my life, I have spent a considerably amount of time studying, and experimenting with various diet plan. It is exactly because of this experience that I am especially wary of the negative effects that a poorly executed weight loss can inflict on one's mental and physical health.

My attempts to become thinner were never easy I have experienced fainting spells, heart problems, and on occasion overdosed on weight control pills by mistake. My friends fared no better. Aside from experiencing headaches and anemia, some of them had to undergo professional medical help to help their body regain the nutrients it lost after they tried to undergo a poorly planned diet plan.

In retrospect, most actors and actresses do not normally resort to a rapid weight loss diet due to long-term health concerns. Most actors, in opinion, won't even need to resort to a rapid weight loss diet if the role asked of them is similar to their normal weight. On the contrary, when they don't need to shed weight rapidly, I notice the usually stick to a healthy diet plan, and maintain their physique through exercise. Their daily menus are often based on a variety of healthy foods, including grains, dairy, protein, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. There is much we can learn from how celebrities control their weight, specifically about the risks that we can incur from taking a rapid weight loss diet program too far.
