It seems that Dr. Conrad Murray is finally in the hot seat for his questionable medical care including the prescriptions for Propofol at the time of Michael Jacksons death. Attorney J. Michael Flanagan will be representing Murray and the case may be heard soon by the L.A. County Grand Jury. There is talk that Murray may be accused of gross negligence leading to involuntary manslaughter. The Texas Medical Board is also checking into Murrays competency and his ability to prescribe Propofol without any limitations.

Balloon Guy

Richard Heene, the dude that pulled the lovely publicity stunt with his child supposedly trapped in the homemade balloon to land himself his own reality TV show, has now checked himself into jail for his 30 day stay before his work release program begins. His wife will begin her sentence when he is released so one parent at a time will be home for the children. Hopefully the family will get some counseling and children will be able to move on from this situation once it is over!

Internet Death Hoax

Most celebrities are constantly hounded by paparazzi. As if this werent enough, there have also been a select few who were presumed to be dead according to online hoaxes. Youve probably heard that the following celebrities were pronounced dead at some point according to online pranksters: Matt Damon, Miley Cyrus, Tom Hanks, Jeff Goldblum, Stephenie Meyer, Steve Urkel and more. It seems the jokes never end. Now Taylor Lautner was said to have passed away from a cocaine overdose! This is not true. Come on people! Cant you come up with something more original, to say the least? How about a new urban legend or anything that will get peoples attention for more than half of one day!
