Live Longer on the Blood Group Diet
Live Longer on the Blood Group Diet

What if I told you that there is a diet that allows you to eat more or less what you want, and has no requirements when it comes to exercise. You would most likely be thinking that what I am telling you is bogus and is yet another fad-diet among many.Well the blood group diet is surely no fad-diet and is today used by thousands of people worldwide. Today there is currently 4 recognized blood groups covering the entire human race. The types are named A, B, AB and O. These four groups are also divided into subgroups, and are ruled by something called antigens. Even though two people have the same type of blood, doesn't mean that they necessarily would be advised to go on the same diet. This is because of the antigens in our blood; they provide us with a deeper specification on exactly what type of foods will be beneficial to us.The blood group diet is the most natural and healthy way of losing weight there is. But exactly how do you go about it, when you are looking to lose weight and feel healthy, yet still eat steaks and potatoes on a daily basis?A person who has blood type A must get used to living on a vegetarian diet with little or no meats in it. This is because people with type A blood, has a digestive system that has some difficulties with breaking down animal proteins. You should also stay clear of diary products and indulge in more calming types of exercise like yoga, long walks, diving, golf, pilates etc.For the people with the type O blood, the diet must be rich in animal proteins and low on carbs. Red meat, root vegetables and eggs will all be excellent choices here. However, you must prepare yourself for a high level of physical activity like running, swimming, skiing, aerobics and spinning.Combining most foods into a perfect mixture of all will suit the group B people well, however they should be careful when it comes to processed foods and nuts. Diary products have shown to be beneficial to group B people.Group AB people most stay on a vegetarian food plan combined with small amounts of poultry and seafood. Type AB people will also have some benefits from eating diary products, but not on a regular basis.
