Break Up Pain:Is It Avoidable

Break up in a relationship is very common nowadays, much more than the level seen in previous years. This is not far fetched from the fact that a lot of people in relationships, most especially teenagers, are not actually prepared for the relationship.

When break up in a relationship happens,it brings along with it elements of pain and disappointment. A lot of times depending on the individual involved,a break up pain may eventually lead to depression and a host of other negative behavioural tendencies.

The question before us today is this; Can a break up pain be avoided?

Well, I will say hear that a break up pain could be avoided but a break up on its own may not be avoided.

The truth of the fact is that sometimes, a break up could be necessary for you to move on in life in a positive direction.

Also even when you do not bargain for a break up and your partner decides to give it a short, you may not be able to convince him not to because he/she might have made up his/her mind and it is not advisable for you to start begging when this kind of a thing happen.

As a matter of fact, it is also advisable that you should learn to move on in your life instead of allowing the break up pain to weigh you down. This is he best thing to do when your boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse says no more.

If he /she has the capacity to break up with you, then it mean he/she does not have the capacity to keep you eventually. He /she has only done what would still have been done in some times to come. I think it is better done now than when the pain could have been greater.
