How many times do you walk into a gym, watch the same person do the same workout every day, and see them not achieve the desired results? Unfortunately, I see that every day. Are you one of them? Do you wish you can achieve better results in the gym? Ask yourself, do my workouts consist of the four musts? 1. Cardio/Aerobic; 2. Resistance training; 3. Supplementation; 4. Nutrition. If you answered yes to all four, and you are achieving great results in the gym, maybe you don't need to read further; however, if you answered No to either one of the four, I strongly encourage you to read this article. Over the past five years, I have been a certified personal trainer, and a certified speed, agility, and quickness trainer. I have tried, witnessed, and taught a number of workouts, and I can honestly say, I wish I would have created P90X. The P90X workouts will push, and test you. The workouts are well designed, and easy to follow. Most of all, P90X consists of the four musts: 1. Cardio/Aerobic, 2. Resistance training, 3. Supplementation; and 4. Nutrition.
