Here is an extreme example.

Suppose I was on a 1500 calorie a day diet. If I ate only Snickers Bars I could have approximately 5 and 1/2 Snickers Bars a day. If I ate only apples that day I could have about 16 of them. So, you can see that some foods give you a lot more bulk than others for the same amount of calories.So it is true you can eat what you want and still lose weight, but you can't eat all you want of what you want and still lose weight guaranteed.
